Learn what to expect during labor, birth, and the early days with your baby. This six-week once a week class covers the basics of labor and delivery, including the stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, comfort measures, labor positions, the partner?s role, pain management options, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care. Class runs 6 consecutive weeks. We recommend completing the class about 2 to 6 weeks before your due date. Class size is limited. Fee is per couple.
